It is situated in the Mugu district of the Karnali zone with an altitude of 2990m covering an area of 10.8 km. It is also locally known as Mahendra Taal or Queen of lakes. Day 01: Flight from Kathmandu to rara lake
In the morning, take a flight from Kathmandu to a domestic airport helipad and soar over the Himalayas and many mountain valleys. Arrival at Rara Lake and landing there. On the specified date, check into the hotel. take a walk around Rara Lake for lunch, then enjoy supper with a local culture program and spend the night at the hotel.
Day 02: Sightseeing of rara and return to kathmandu
We will wake up early in the morning, and go for the sightseeing of Rara lake. We will watch the early morning sunrise and have breakfast and return to Kathmandu by helicopter.
Day 03: Final Departure
After having breakfast, we will transfer you to International Airport for final departure.
